Asian Kale Slaw

Ingredients:

1 bunch tuscan kale

1/2 head green cabbage or 1 head bok choy

1/2 head red cabbage

3 carrots

4 scallions

salt

Rice Wine vinegar

Toasted sesame oil

Tamari or soy sauce

Sesame seeds

Directions:

Run all veggies through the food processor with slicing blade OR finely chop all the veggies

Season with kosher salt or sea salt and toss and let sit a few minutes.

Then season with even amounts of rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, tamari (2-3 tbls of each)

Sprinkle with sesame seeds
